30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may try any of our products for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund.

To begin a request, email us at hello@manaway.com.au with:

• Your order number

• The product(s) you would like refunded

• Why you wish to return the product(s).

Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Important:

To process a satisfaction-based refund, the product must be returned (even if opened or partially used) to the return address we provide. This ensures product integrity, prevents misuse, and allows us to continually improve.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us via email within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. In some cases, we may request the item be sent back for inspection/investigation before proceeding with refund process.

You may choose:

• A free replacement, or

• A full refund

Return Shipping

For Satisfaction Guarantee returns:

Customers are responsible for return postage.

For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items:

Mana Way covers all return or replacement shipping costs.

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided by our team

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Processing typically takes 5–7 business days

• Your bank or card provider may take an additional 2–5 business days to release funds

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for:

• Damaged items

• Faulty items

• Incorrect items received

If you prefer a replacement rather than a refund, simply let us know when contacting support.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.

If your order has already shipped, our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies.

Limitations & Fair Use

To protect product integrity and ensure fairness to all customers:

• We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we detect patterns of misuse, excessive refund claims, or fraudulent activity

• We cannot offer refunds for items that are not returned to us

• Delivery timeframes do not qualify for refunds unless an order is deemed lost by the carrier
