Processing times

We do our best to have your order processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping applies automatically at checkout for orders over $99.

We currently ship from our warehouse in NSW, Australia to:

  • Across Australia

  • International

Shipping times

Mana Way uses Australia Post for all deliveries.

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Currently, standard shipping times across Australia are expected to be 2-7 business days.

Express shipping times are expected to take 1-4 business days.

Note: Delivery times vary depending on location - farther away regions can take longer in transit.

Mana Way is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping details are 100 % correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect address,

  • failure to collect, or

  • refusal of delivery,

the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
